While this product contains whey protein, bovine gelatin, and collagen peptides—commonly consumed protein sources—as well as cassava root fiber and agave inulin, dietary fibers commonly found in foods, individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult their healthcare provider before consuming Lasso.

Lasso offers a novel sensory experience for your little ones that haven’t experienced the gelatin snacks we enjoyed as children! While this product contains ingredients commonly found in foods, parents and caregivers should consult a healthcare professional if they have questions about use by children.

LASSO contains agave inulin and cassava root fiber, two plant-derived dietary fibers.

Agave inulin comes from the agave plant and is commonly used in foods to add fiber and improve texture.

Cassava root fiber comes from the cassava root (a starchy vegetable) and is often used in foods to provide structure and body while increasing fiber content.

Fiber is a normal part of many foods, including fruits, vegetables, and grains.

Lasso contains protein from three commonly used food ingredients:

• Whey Protein
Whey protein is a milk-derived protein. Milk proteins are naturally found in everyday foods like milk, yogurt, and cheese. Whey protein is used in foods to provide protein in a neutral-tasting, easy-to-mix form.
• Collagen Peptides
Collagen peptides are a form of protein sourced from animals. They are made by breaking down collagen into smaller pieces and are commonly used in a variety of food and beverage products.
• Gelatin
Gelatin is also an animal-derived protein that has been used in foods for many years, including desserts and gummies. It helps provide structure and texture in foods.
• Together, these ingredients contribute protein as part of a balanced diet. Lasso is a food product and is not intended to replace a variety of foods in the diet.
• Allergen note: Lasso contains milk.

Lasso uses apple juice concentrate and plant-derived sweeteners, including stevia leaf extract and monk fruit extract. These ingredients are commonly used in foods to provide sweetness without adding sugar.

• Lasso’s whey, collagen, and gelatin protein sources are all derived from grass-fed bovine. Lasso is made from animal sources and is not vegan.
• All flavors of Lasso are gluten-free.
• We use some organic ingredients, but it is not certified organic.
• All flavors of Lasso are Non-GMO.

Gelatin is a protein derived from collagen and has been used in traditional recipes for generations. As part of a balanced diet, it contributes amino acids and structure to foods. LASSO gelatin cups pair grass-fed gelatin with plant-based fiber and simple ingredients for a modern take on a familiar snack.

Collagen is a structural protein found in connective tissue. Gelatin is derived from collagen through a cooking process that allows it to dissolve and create the signature texture found in gelatin cups. While related, gelatin functions as a gelling ingredient in food, whereas collagen is typically consumed as a powder or supplement.

Gelatin is valued for its texture, versatility, and protein content. When paired with thoughtfully selected ingredients, it can be part of a satisfying snack. LASSO uses grass-fed gelatin combined with fiber and real fruit flavors for balance and taste.

LASSO gelatin cups are made with grass-fed gelatin, plant-based fiber, and thoughtfully selected sweeteners. Unlike many traditional gelatin snacks, we avoid artificial colors, gums, and unnecessary additives — keeping the ingredient list straightforward.
